By using the White Home app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The service
White Home is a real estate marketing service. The app lets you browse properties and projects in Egypt, save them, and ask a consultant to contact you. The app does not sell property, and using it does not create a sale, a rental or a reservation.
Property information
Prices, payment plans, availability, photos and other details can change and may contain errors. Please confirm them with a consultant before you make any decision or payment.
Your account
Enter only your own name and mobile number. In this version the app doesn't verify mobile numbers by SMS, so anyone who enters a number can reach the account for that number. See our Privacy Policy.
Requests
When you send a request, you agree that White Home consultants may contact you on the number you give about that request.
Acceptable use
Don't use another person's number or details, send false requests, disrupt the service, access other people's accounts, or copy the app's content in bulk.
Content
The app and its content belong to White Home or its licensors. You may use them only to look for property for yourself.
Liability
The app is provided as is, and it may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, White Home isn't liable for losses that come from using the app or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law that can't be excluded.
Ending use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
