This policy explains what the White Home mobile app collects, why, and the choices you have. You can browse the app without an account.
What we collect
- Account: your name, mobile number and a user ID.
- Requests: when you ask for a price list or a call back, we store your name, mobile number, preferred call time, your optional message, the listing or project, and a record of your consent.
- Saved items and settings: saved listings, projects and searches, your language and your alert preference.
- Technical data: your sign-in session and device or app description, a notification token if notifications are used on your device, and a hashed form of your network address, used to limit abuse and deleted within about two days.
How we use it
- To run your account and keep your saved items.
- To send your requests to our sales team, who may call the number you give.
- To keep the service secure and to fix errors.
We do not sell your data, show third-party ads, or track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Phone sign-in is not verified
In this version of the app, we do not send or check an SMS code. Anyone who enters a mobile number can sign in to the account for that number, and can see or change what is in it, including the name, saved items and requests. Please do not put sensitive information in your account or messages.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers that help us run the service: Supabase (database and servers), Cloudinary (images) and Resend (emails to our sales team). We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Account > Delete account. This removes your name, saved items, saved searches, settings and device tokens, and signs you out. It can't be undone.
What we keep: your mobile number and the requests you already sent, including the name and number in those requests, so that we can handle them and keep a record of them. To ask us to remove these too, contact us below.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or remove it, by contacting us. You can change your name, alerts and language in the app.
Children
The app is for adults looking for property and isn't directed at children.
Changes
We will update this page when this policy changes and change the date at the top.
